French Speaking Customer Advisor – On‑site in Braga

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Advisors to join a leading consumer‑credit provider in Braga. In this role you will act as a Financial Consultant, helping clients navigate personal projects through multiple communication channels while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Handle omnichannel interactions (voice, email, live chat) to provide accurate information on financial products.
• Guide clients through the application process, verifying documentation and translating complex terminology.
• Perform personalized follow‑ups to maintain high satisfaction and foster long‑term loyalty.
• Analyse client portfolios and recommend tailored financial solutions.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French proficiency (C1/C2).
• Willingness to work 100% on‑site in Braga (residence or commute).
• Strong empathy, collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ambitious attitude; prior financial experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Competitive gross salary of €930 per month (14 payments per year, including summer and Christmas bonuses).
