Business Analyst (French Speaking)

About the role

Decskill, an IT consulting firm within the Astek Group, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who is fluent in French. The role will support a hybrid‑working project, collaborating with French‑speaking stakeholders to analyse processes, gather requirements and help shape effective business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of business processes, market trends and client requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for cross‑functional teams.
• Produce detailed documentation in both French and English.
• Maintain strong relationships with French‑speaking clients, partners and internal teams.
• Support the design and implementation of business solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing) and proficient in English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Experience in banking or finance is a plus.
