OutSystems Developer – Digital Applications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer to join an international Agile team delivering modern digital applications. The role involves hands‑on development, integration, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders to build scalable, high‑performing solutions for B2B and B2C environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Create unit and integration tests to ensure quality and stability.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation for all functionalities.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within OutSystems applications.
• Suggest and implement technical improvements and optimisation ideas.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to meet delivery timelines.
• Translate business and technical requirements into concrete development tasks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborative development processes.
• Support integrations with external systems via REST APIs.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience developing applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Strong understanding of OutSystems framework components, best practices, and architectural standards.
• Proven experience integrating applications with external systems using REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• OutSystems certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
