Field Technician – Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Funchal)

About the role

Fyld, a Portuguese consulting firm specialized in IT services, is seeking motivated Field Technicians to support clients across Lisbon, Porto, Faro and Funchal. You will work on‑site, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues while ensuring high‑performance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems on client equipment.
• Provide remote support and troubleshooting for Windows‑based systems.
• Perform basic networking tasks, including cabling and electromechanical equipment checks.
• Operate within an ITIL‑based service environment, following documented processes.
• Travel to multiple locations as required, maintaining a professional on‑site presence.

Required profile

• High school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or technical roles.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (minimum B2 level).
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
