Member Experience & Events Junior Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Member Experience & Events Junior Coordinator to support the delivery of memorable events and daily activations at Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club, a luxury residential community in Portugal. You will work closely with the events team to plan, coordinate, set‑up, host and break down a variety of member‑focused experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing member events and daily club activations.
• Prepare budgets, reports, banquet event orders (BEOs) and support logistics across departments.
• Contribute creative ideas and help bring event concepts to life.
• Handle administrative tasks, maintain project timelines and schedule resources.
• Engage warmly with members and guests to enhance the club atmosphere.

Required profile

• Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in events or hospitality environments.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to relocate to Melides if required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe (or willingness to learn).
