French Speaking Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Support Agents to join a fast‑growing telecom project in Porto. The position is on‑site and involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels while delivering a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to queries, troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in French.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the system.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including Saturdays.
• Residence within 30 km of Porto.
• Legal eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card, valid NIF and NISS.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary paid over 14 months.
• Guaranteed bonus for the first three months (€100+ gross, performance‑based).
