French Speaking Customer Support Advisor – Payment Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our fintech hub in Lisbon. You will assist both users and merchants with payment‑related queries, ensuring smooth and secure transactions across our digital payment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide account support, including setup, verification, and billing inquiries for French‑speaking clients.
• Troubleshoot payment processing, transfers, card management, and digital wallet issues.
• Monitor transaction security, guide users on safety protocols, and escalate potential fraud.
• Deliver high‑quality service via phone, email, or chat to maintain client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for internal communication.
• Legal right to work in Portugal (EU passport or valid work permit).
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Patient, empathetic approach to handling sensitive financial queries.
