Career Development Coordinator (French Speaker)

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a bilingual French‑English professional to coordinate career development activities for its consulting staff in France. You will act as the central point of contact for career committees, ensuring smooth processes and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update tracking files for the consulting cohort under your responsibility.
• Organise career committee calendars, schedule meetings, and define the annual committee timeline.
• Monitor file progress and evaluations within the management tool, answering queries from advisees, advisors, and evaluators.
• Share committee outcomes with HR teams, update HR databases, and record promotions and nominations.
• Participate in additional HR‑related projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a support‑function role.
• Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
