Growth & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth & Community Manager to drive user acquisition, nurture our fitness community, and support partnership initiatives for Liftter.com, an AI‑powered fitness platform. Working closely with the founders, you will help scale the product by combining growth experiments, creator collaborations and community‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute user acquisition tactics across social media, referral programs, paid campaigns and creator partnerships.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with gyms, wellness brands, universities and fitness influencers.
• Manage ambassador, affiliate and sponsorship programs to generate commercial growth.
• Collect community feedback, track growth and engagement metrics (sign‑ups, activation, retention) and report insights.
• Design and run growth experiments on content, referrals and user engagement.
• Support onboarding flows, community resources and educational content, including challenges and success‑story campaigns.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, community, marketing or related roles (internships included).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with creators, fitness enthusiasts and online communities.
• Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
