(Senior) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a (Senior) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join a fast‑growing digital education platform serving over one million users. You will design, run and analyse A/B tests that boost acquisition, activation and retention across our subscription products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments across the full customer journey.
• Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap based on impact, effort and learning potential.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality tests.
• Use analytics, user research, UX insights and competitor analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to teams and leadership.
• Help scale experimentation processes while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing or website optimisation.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through experiments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise experiments aligned with business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude or Power BI.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Convert).
• Experience using UX/research tools like Hotjar or equivalents.
