Project Manager – French Required (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is fluent in French to lead technology and digital transformation initiatives. The role is hybrid, based in Porto, and involves coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects following both Agile and traditional PM frameworks.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear communication among business stakeholders, IT staff, and external vendors.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and issues, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, maintain documentation, and facilitate collaboration.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to handle the full project lifecycle in an international or enterprise environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, or PMI‑ACP.
