Project Manager – Delivery & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to lead strategic outsourcing and insourcing initiatives in an international, fast‑paced environment. The role will oversee complex delivery and transformation projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex delivery and transformation projects
• Define project governance and manage key stakeholders
• Coordinate senior management reporting and steering committees
• Drive execution on time, quality, and budget
• Identify, assess, and proactively escalate risks
• Manage project teams and prioritize activities effectively
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset across teams

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong facilitation and leadership capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• English proficiency at B2 level
