French‑Speaking Customer Advisor – On‑site in Lisbon

About the role

Join a leading global payment solutions provider as a French‑speaking Customer Advisor in the vibrant city of Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language clients, helping them navigate digital transactions and ensuring a smooth, secure experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance via phone, email and chat to French‑speaking customers on payment processing, account queries and technical issues.
• Analyze and resolve transaction problems, billing discrepancies and security concerns with empathy and precision.
• Maintain strict data‑privacy and fraud‑prevention standards in line with financial regulations.
• Act as a liaison between users and technical teams, delivering feedback to improve the platform.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while keeping a professional and friendly tone.

Required profile

• Fluent or native French speaker with strong English (minimum B2) for internal communication.
• Comfortable using several digital tools and software simultaneously.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in customer service or fintech is a plus, but not mandatory – full paid training is provided.
• Either already residing in Lisbon or willing to relocate.

What we offer

• Base salary €930 gross per month (paid 14 times per year).
• Attendance bonus of €65 per month.
• Meal allowance €7.63 per working day (tax‑free).
