French‑Speaking Customer Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our multicultural team in Lisbon. You will provide high‑quality support to viewers, helping them with account, application and technical issues while representing leading entertainment brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist viewers via phone and chat on a variety of queries.
• Provide account and application support, especially regarding software functionality.
• Troubleshoot system configurations, network settings and technical issues.
• Deliver accurate, real‑time responses to viewer inquiries.

Required profile

• Native‑level French (written and oral) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Passion for entertainment and media services.
• Excellent communication, empathy, team spirit and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with digital streaming services and related devices.
• Legal right to work in Portugal (EU passport or valid work permit).

• Base salary of €895 gross per month, paid over 14 installments.
• Performance bonuses of €100 gross per month (12 payments) and additional bonuses.
