French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Live & Work in Porto

About the role

Join a leading car‑rental brand as a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist based in Porto. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, helping them with bookings, reservations and any issues that arise during their rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and chat support in French.
• Assist customers with reservations, modifications and general inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems to ensure a smooth rental process.
• Handle complaints professionally and within agreed timeframes.
• Follow company procedures and maintain service quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 level or native).
• Good English communication skills (B2 preferred).
• At least one year of customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, structured environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
