French Customer Advisor – Fixed Shifts in Porto

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our Porto team on fixed shifts. You will interact with customers through phone, email, chat and online platforms, delivering professional and friendly support while representing our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate assistance via phone, email, chat and online channels.
• Handle inquiries, account support, orders, payments and general service issues.
• Follow internal SOPs to resolve cases efficiently or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Stay updated on products, services and tools through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) language skills.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with eagerness to learn.
