Financial Controller – Accounting & P&L Reconciliation

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of accounting data across front‑to‑back chains for equity, index, and fund derivatives. The role will focus on P&L reconciliation and the remediation plan for FX reconciliation while collaborating closely with operational, trading, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day company accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with financial planning and support budgeting processes.
• Oversee budget forecasting, cash‑flow management, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
• Perform P&L reconciliation and drive the FX reconciliation remediation plan.
• Work closely with operational, trading, and finance teams to resolve accounting issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial control or related accounting roles.
• Proficiency with current financial software.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
