Creative Designer – Digital Ads & Video

About the role

Algofy is seeking a versatile Creative Designer who can blend graphic design, ad strategy, and video production. You will craft high‑performing Meta and Google ad creatives, design assets for web and email, and edit short‑form UGC videos using the latest AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Paid Media team to develop concepts for Meta and Google ad campaigns.
• Create static and animated visuals using Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Design assets for websites, emails, and social media that meet brand and performance goals.
• Research trends and competitors to inform creative direction.
• Edit UGC and short‑form videos with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Apply AI‑powered tools to streamline workflows and add innovative visual effects.
• Produce basic motion graphics and social‑ready video formats.
• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital advertising, graphic design, and video editing.
• Strong creative eye with attention to detail.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing principles.
• High‑level English proficiency (C2 or near‑native).
• Portfolio showcasing graphic and video work across platforms.
