Cook / Team Member for Poke Shop in Estoril

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook / Team Member to join our poke shop in Estoril. The position is ideal for candidates with some kitchen or food‑service experience, but we also welcome hardworking individuals with limited experience who are eager to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare poke bowls and other menu items following our standards.
• Cut and prepare fresh ingredients safely and consistently.
• Serve customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, prep, and service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards at all times.
• Support the team during busy periods and assist with stock organization, cleaning routines, and daily setup/closing tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Comfortable with basic food preparation and ingredient cutting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Clean, organized, reliable and able to work in an open‑kitchen environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous kitchen, café, restaurant or food‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
