About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship‑driven Account Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of restaurant partners across Portugal. You will act as the central point of contact, driving strategic conversations, identifying growth opportunities, and improving operational health on the Uber Eats platform.
Key responsibilities
- Advocate for restaurant partners and champion the community experience.
- Handle multiple complex and urgent issues, resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Travel across Portugal to meet restaurant accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of SMB restaurants, focusing on retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
- Develop account plans, uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and support product adoption.
- Monitor operational metrics such as defect rate, order reject rate, and ad‑spend efficiency, taking action to improve partner performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving conflicts and providing platform insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (CSMs, Specialists, Product) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Synthesize partner feedback into recommendations that influence Uber’s product and commercial roadmap.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in a B2B, client‑facing role (Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or senior retail/food‑service leadership).
- Proven ability to drive commercial success across the full sales lifecycle.
- Strong track record of building client relationships and delivering measurable impact.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑starter mindset thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Native Portuguese and fluent English.
- Willingness to travel throughout the country.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
